| Making A Purchase To make a purchase, use the tshirt browser on your left or try searching for your particular tshirt. Once you find the one you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it into your shopping cart. When you have selected as many as you want, click on "Checkout". You will be asked to enter the delivery address and payment details so we can process your order and send you your t-shirts. We accept Paypal, Cheque (UK Only) plus Visa and Mastercard and all UK debit cards such as Maestro, Solo, Connect, Delta. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, you can place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or whatever your currency is, automatically. | Returns Policy Since it is our aim to provide total customer satisfaction we will accept returned items up to 28 days from the date of despatch. Just post the items back to us at the address shown. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, and that you include sufficient postage. You must enclose a brief note, detailing why the goods are being returned (don't forget your name & address and order number). In compliance with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000", TShirtsville (and all other companies), are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in re-saleable condition. We give you up to 28 days! We do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2.5%. We will only charge it in exceptional circumstances. This covers the fee that we are charged by our bank to process the card transaction. We will not charge this fee for returned items, or for orders that are cancelled after 28 days.
