How to use the site

To make a purchase, use the tshirt browser on your left or try searching for your particular tshirt. Once you find the one you want, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it into your shopping cart.

When you have selected as many as you want, click on "Checkout". You will be asked to enter the delivery address and payment details so we can process your order and send you your t-shirts.

We accept Paypal, Cheque (UK Only) plus Visa and Mastercard and all UK debit cards such as Maestro, Solo, Connect, Delta.

If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, you can place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or whatever your currency is, automatically.

If you prefer you can send your credit card information via phone or fax, or post to the address above if you would prefer.

Delivery Schedule

Although we aim to deliver within 3 working days, please allow a maximum of 28 days for delivery for items out of stock.

Back Orders

If your order is not in stock, we will send you an email giving you the option to either wait for the item on back order, or to cancel with a full refund.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when an order is placed, using 128 bit encryption. The payment is then processed by HSBC Bank, the worlds largest Bank and a name you can trust. We are notified by the bank that a payment has been received against your order number, but nobody at TShirtsville will ever see your card details.

Paypal

Payment via Paypal uses Paypal.com's own secure payment processing systems. Nobody from TShirtsville will ever see your bank or credit card details or paypal account details.

If you are placing an order from Brunei, Bulgaria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, Venezuela, or Yugoslavia, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. TShirtsville do not disclose customers email addresses or any other information to any third parties. We hate spammers too!
Cookies are used in the shopping cart section to keep track of any t-shirts you add to your shpping cart and to store your address details if you select the 'Remember Me' option.

Data collected by this site is used to:
a. Take and fulfill customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Issue a unique identifier (e.g. customer login)
d. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery/ shipping purposes. (E.g Royal Mail parcel delivery service)

Our Returns Policy

Since it is our aim to provide total customer satisfaction we will accept returned items up to 28 days from the date of despatch. Just post the items back to us at the address shown.
Please ensure that the item is properly packaged, and that you include sufficient postage. You must enclose a brief note, detailing why the goods are being returned (don't forget your name & address and order number).

In compliance with "The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000", TShirtsville (and all other companies), are duty bound to accept returned goods within 7 working days of delivery, providing the goods are returned in re-saleable condition. We give you up to 28 days!

We do reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 2.5%. We will only charge it in exceptional circumstances. This covers the fee that we are charged by our bank to process the card transaction. We will not charge this fee for returned items, or for orders that are cancelled after 28 days.
